Refunds and Policies

Refund Policy: ALL Ticket sales are final. In the event of a cancellation, the event will be rescheduled for the next available date and tickets will be accepted at that time. Should an event or venue offer an upgrade, no refunds will be given for additional ticket purchases either before or after. Individual ticket policies are always disclosed on event pages, ticket platforms, and descriptions. Please be sure to read information provided.

Pet Policy: Contact the venue for pet policy. SERVICE ANIMALS are always welcome. Keep in mind the only service animals recognized by the ADA are dogs and (sometimes) small horses. ESA’s do NOT count as service animals and it is up to the individual business establishment to allow them regardless of your doctors letter. Please check with the venue before bringing your pets and don’t try to pass them off as Service Animals or ESA’s. With the crowds and loud noises, most do not want to be at our events anyway~(says my own ESA, Siouxsie Sioux the Yorkie Poo who stays at home).

Soliciting: NO soliciting our vendors for wholesale or vending opportunites elsewhere. Our vendors are professional artists connecting with patrons during the Menagerie ~ please be respectful and take a card to contact them later.

NO outside food, drink, or promotional materials.

COVID-19: Masks are recommended outdoors; Check with the venue prior to arrival for their current Covid policy.
